While Leyton Orient came from behind to win 3-1, as they thumped Northampton 3-0 scunthorpe got a win of the season.
Elsewhere, Macclesfield beat Port Vale 2-1, Crawley overcome Colchester and Salford watched Cambridge 1-0.
